Participation Fee and Support Options

The participation fee for the event will be:
- € 380, for administration reasons we kindly request to transfer both deposit and balance fee via electronic transfer.
- € 15 Kinesfera membership fee to be paid in cash at your arrival.

We will send our bank account details once we confirm your registration.
Please bear in mind that the fee doesn't include breakfast nor travelling costs.

You will be able to make your own breakfast in your own apartment.

We will be able to organize pick up to/from closer train station at cost of € 8. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know your travel details so we can organize the transfer.

Crowdfunding
We would like to offer some financial support to participant/s in financial hardship through crowdfunding, all the money donated will be split based on what we have collected.

As soon as your participation has been approved, you can then register and send your donation money along with your deposit.

If you apply for the discount through crowd fund, please bear in mind we cannot guarantee a fixed amount as it depends on the participants donations. We will get in touch with you at a later stage.

Work Exchange

Please note: currently we can only offer you a spot on the waiting list for the work exchange positions.

We offer the possibility to work for a few hours in exchange of a price reduction. The hourly hourly rate is of 10 €.
